Our Mortgage Strategies division can help you in the following areas:

  • Emerging Markets Broker to Banker transition, DeNovo companies, securing warehouse lines, HUD, agency and private investor approvals, state licensing.

  • Loan Production – Developing and implementing origination channels: retail, wholesale, and net branching. Recruiting and hiring production staff. Targeting geographic markets.

  • Operational Analyses – On-Site review and critique of the efficiency and functionality of the existing operation, procedures, and staff from point of origination through post closing. Utilized for ownership/management wellness checks, benchmarking to peer groups, warehouse lenders, and investors.

  • Servicing Decisioning - On-Site review and critique of the efficiency and functionality of the existing operation, procedures, and staff from lock box and payment processing through loss mitigation and conveyance. Portfolio optimization; strategizing products to retain, sell, or acquire to create the greatest ROI. Servicing Portfolio Valuations performed for regulatory compliance, acquisition, sale, and impairment analysis.
