Broker to Banker As the name implies, broker to banker is a company whose primary goal is to convert the mortgage broker to mortgage banker. This is what Mortgage Banking Solutions can do. Our clients run the gamut of $1 million per month to $300 million per month. We are national in scope, dealing with retail & wholesale origination and retail/wholesale operation. Product expertise includes prime, sub-prime and commercial, first lien, second lien (including open-end HELOCs). Whether the market is refinance with mostly rate & term, purchase market with 100% LTV with stated options, or a moving target where you need to offer a diverse product mix. Our staff has in excess of 20 years dealing with almost every major warehouse lender in the United States and several relationships in Europe. The Investor relationships that we bring to the table are national and local in scope and we have many years of personal dealings with each broker to banker. Our fees are reasonable because we already know the people, companies, Banks, manuals, forms and laws.
