Marcia Starcher has over 25 years of experience in sales in the mortgage industry. This experience includes secondary marketing, mortgage insurance, Fannie Mae and due diligence services. She has negotiated large commitments for a publicly held mortgage company, was Director of Institutional sales for RFC and most recently, VP of Deutsche Bank Correspondence Division. In these positions her duties were opening new territories, building long term relationships, contract negotiations which ranged from 25 million to several billion dollars. Her expertise is not only in sales but in service as well. She is adept in analyzing problems and quickly providing a solutions for her clients. Marcia has lived in La Jolla, California for 23 years and loves it!

She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Political Science and Psychology from Texas Tech University, where she remains a loyal Red Raider Fan. Marty has extensive sales and sales management experience, along with operational knowledge from all facets within the Mortgage Industry in Retail Lending, Wholesale Broker, Correspondent and Conduit. He has originated and purchased billions of dollars in closed loan volume. He has worked for banks and independently owned mortgage companies, both large and small, from start-ups building a new territory, to existing mortgage platforms, assisting them in growing loan production to new heights, becoming and staying more efficient, and to increase profits. He has accomplished all of this on a local basis, regional basis, and nationally. To Marty, customer service has always been number one. His clients always come first.

Marty graduated from Ferris State College in Big Rapids Michigan with a degree in Business Administration. He is active in the community and enjoys golf, snow skiing, jogging and is an avid Michigan Wolverine and San Francisco 49er Fan. Marty resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Leigh Ann.

Kip is a versatile sales executive with a track record of more than 20 years experience driving company growth and meeting production and revenue goals. He leverages strengths with more than 10 years experience in the mortgage industry working within the retail origination, wholesale and correspondent segments of the market. Kip’s passion for delivering the very best solutions and providing ongoing support to his clients is top priority.

His prior background also includes sales engineering and product development in the high-tech industry delivering complex data, voice and video solutions to the fortune 500 market place. His success has earned him top honors as well as the respect of those he works with. He excels in delivering high-impact presentations, offering proven abilities in cultivating positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the public.

Kip’s interests include dirt biking having participated in Motocross and GNCC events. He also enjoys most things outdoors including camping, time by the lake and relaxing in the backyard. Kip is happily married with 4 children, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 saltwater fish tanks and a rabbit.

Tom is an enthusiastic consultative sales professional, passionate about helping clients solve problems and move their businesses to the next level. Tom listens attentively to his clients as he encourages them to share their business goals and concerns. Tom began his 30 year career in business as an accountant with Ernst and Young, a “Big 4” firm. At the same time, he also earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Old Dominion University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tom subsequently worked in the areas of real estate finance and development, business operations, management, and sales. As an entrepreneur, Tom owned and operated a number of businesses, including a privately held commercial mortgage brokerage firm.

Tom and his wife Sharon live in Alpharetta, Georgia, where they happily raised their twin daughters. Tom now enjoys cooking and traveling with Sharon.
